DUTIES

Secretary general of the university, is the head of university administrative organization and is responsible to the rector for the study of this organization. The duties of the Secretary General are;

  • To ensure that the units of university administrative organizations are working in an efficient, organized and coherent way.
  • To work as a rapporteur in university senate and administrative board without having voting right; to ensure that the decisions taken in these boards were written, protected and kept .
  • To conduct the desicions of university senate and administrative board to the units affiliated to the university.
  • To make a suggestion to the rector about the personnel that will be charged in the university administrative organization.
  • To ensure the conduct of press and public relations tasks.
  • To conduct the correspondence of rectorate.
  • To arrange the protocol, visit and ceremony tasks of rectorate.
